Manzanilla Olives stuffed with Garlic

We buy all our olives from Jose Lou, a quality producer in Spain. Their olives are always of a consistently high quality, firm and less salty than many Spanish olives. This jar contains fruity green Manzanilla olives, pitted and then stuffed with Spanish almonds. Simply rinse and serve as they are, as a simple marinade of herbs and olive oil or they a lovely aperitif with a glass of dry fino sherry – or try added to a Martini.
